Review | Catrice Long Lasting Eye Liner Pen Stay On! | 070 Puddle of Mudd & 080 I Like Blue Mondays

Spring time seems to have made a very good and welcome impact on my choice of beauty products as I have been opting for brights more often.  My eyes are no exception and I have been switching my usual black kohl for playful colours and brown instead. Consequently, I have discovered two new favourite products from Catrice, namely the Long Lasting Eye Liner Pens Stay On! in 070 Puddle of Mudd & 080 I Like Blue Mondays.

 

 

These are not your typical felt-tipped eye liner pens but instead they have a retractable lead. The packaging is all plastic and it illustrates the actual colour of the product. You get 0.28g of product in total.

 

 

As for colour, I find they are extremely pigmented and they are really true to their name as they stay put until I take them off; even though they last for hours on end, they aren't difficult to take off with just a little make-up remover. I have used both of them on my upper and lower lash lines and I haven't seen any difference in staying power. Further more they are extremely soft and glide on easily.

 

070 Puddle Of Mudd (top) is a dark taupe with a light metallic finish while 080 I Like Blue Mondays (bottom) is a metallic sky blue.
 

 

I totally recommend these to anyone wanting a long lasting eyeliner that doesn't break the bank and is good for beginners. However, I think that sadly Catrice have discontinued this particular range as I cannot find them on their website anymore.
